Cheri inspired me to research the Tendinomuscular Channels and gave valuable feedback as I was developing this handbook.  I had forgotten that I had wanted to do in-depth research on this part of acu-theory for 36 years, since my 3-month trip to Japan in 1976!  One wonder-full benefit of this research was an enhanced sensory experience of Pal Dan Gum (the Eight Silken Movements). While I was writing this handbook, I sprained a knee and so researched the leg TMC Release Examples on myself."
